Optimization of the system through distribution of the blast wave from the fire point over a large area
Most of the time, the action of the basic cannon restrict itself to create holes within the stored material opening actual escape routes for the air and neutralizing the impact of the subsequent shots as a consequence. In this case, in order to obtain good fluidization, it is necessary to install an elevated number of cannons with consequent system complications and costs increase.
Instead of focusing the blast wave on a single point when firing, the EOLO fluidizers distribute the air flow along the inner surface of the storage structure. Thanks to the correct distribution of the blast wave it is possible to reduce the material-wall friction effect achieving higher levels of efficacy of the fire power with lower energy wastes. The separation and fluidization of the material involves a wider surface, whose extension depends on the shape and size of the EOLO fluidizer installed.
EOLO also works as a "cleaning device" for structures (corners and surfaces), a key factor especially concerning the movement of organic materials: The level of cleanliness achievable makes indeed possible the sequential transit of diverse products within the same storage system, reducing the risk of contamination of the product on the move with previously stored products.
EOLO fluidizerrs are made of steel and equipped with lateral elastomer seals. Characterized by a modular structure, they come in several layouts in order to be easiliy adaptable and to the most diverse application requirements and to the various structural conformations of the application areas.
EOLO fluidizers can be divided into four main types:
|
LN |
Linear |
TR |
Transverse |
DR |
Straight |
CC |
Round |
EOLO fluidizers can be installed, depending on the model, both from the inside and the outside of the storage system.
All EOLO components can be supplied in stainless steel upon request.
