Highly reliable valves
Excellent performance
Compact and suitable for several types of applications
Fire valves are integrated to the tank: the dedicated tank is an integral part of the valve.
The fire valve is equipped with a metal alloy obturator, ideal for use in areas marked with high temperatures and harsh operating conditions.
The fire valve can be removed as a whole from the tank and incorporates the main obturator in the input sector.
The integration of this component greatly simplifies the maintenance since, when the section is unbolted, the valve slips off completely for maintenance without having to uncouple the tank in use.

Areas of application
|
ZF |
(-10°C, +60°C) |
cold zones, up to room temperature |
ZC |
(-10°C, +100°C) |
hot zone identifies fire valves suitable for work areas not to exceed Tmax 100°C
|
HT |
(-10°C, +100°C) |
high temperature zone identifies valves suitable for work in areas not to exceed Tmax 100°C and subject to direct heat radiation and pronounced corrosion

The OPEN valve is available in the following versions:
OPEN |
|
Model activated using a solenoid connection valve on board the machine or can be equipped with a CRONO trigger independently wired onto the machine for remote (max 9 metres) operation of the cannon without suffering load losses
|
OPEN CR |
|
Model that incorporates the CRONO start device for remote (max 9 metres) operation of the cannon without suffering load losses
|
OPEN CRKY |
|
Model that incorporates both the CRONO start device for remote control and the KYOTO partializing device. KYOTO, when paired with a cannon of the /AIRFOM family, allows not only to contain energy consumption, but also to adjust the effective output of the cannon's discharge (from 0 to 8 bar with Pmax=10 bar)
|
N.B. For remote operation further than 9 metres use the /LOGOS multi-function valve
