AIRFLASH® - compressed air cannons for keeping storage silos efficient and clean

Developed for use in the cement industry, AIRFLASH cannons are now used in various industrial sectors: from milling to animal feed, from the glass industry to the world of premixes, from the paper industry to the chipboard industry.

Solid material stored in silos, hoppers, and load cells tends to form obstructions, bridges, and encrustations, which impede its smooth flow. To unblock blockages and fluidize the material, AIRFLASH generates periodical shock waves (compressed air) that act directly on the stored material, eliminating blockages and accumulations of material and restoring its natural fluidity.

ECOFOG®: Micronized Artificial Fog for Industrial Dust Capture

The flagship products of the ECOFOG range are the AIROX nebulizers, micronizing nozzles capable of producing extremely fine fog particles (10-100µ) while preventing both dripping and the risk of head clogging. They operate at low pressures (2-3 bar air; 0.2-0.5 bar water) and with reduced water consumption (approximately 2-3 liters/h per nebulization point). Thanks to the solidity and durability of ECOFOG® components, nebulization points can be installed along the entire production and material handling line; the dust particles captured by ECOFOG® tend to fall back onto the material that generated them, thus naturally reintroducing themselves into the production cycle. This eliminates dust disposal problems.
