GOLEM - A GOOD GIANT AT YOUR SERVICE

GOLEM is the most versatile product in the AIRFLASH compressed air cannon range.

Suitable both for application at room temperature areas (ZF: aluminium-nbr obturator) and in high temperature areas (ZC: aluminium-viton obturator and HT: aluminium-viton obturator-heat shield), the GOLEM valve is usable both in combination with the AIRFLASH tanks (50Lt-100Lt-150Lt) and stand-alone when inserted in the PPI Pick-Power-Impulser pipe-tank network.

The GOLEM models differ in the shape of the output sector, available in the following versions:

  • BASE, the best known and most widespread on the market
  • COMPACT, compact output sector created for combination with the IANUS shock wave diverter valve
  • HTP, the flagship version of GOLEM: characterized by an exit sector with a labyrinth structure to trap dust and by a winglet conformation of the terminal body for a faster cooling. Inside GOLEM HTP there is an aluminium-viton obturator complete with heat shield and protected by metal armour.
The most widespread application of GOLEM HTP is in the cement plant, on preheating towers and kiln area.

GOLEM HTP is available in both the DN100 and DN150 versions.

A product that does not age... and saves energy!

GOLEM is designed to stop the risk of product obsolescence: thanks to the modular structure, even the GOLEM products that have been operating for years can be integrated with all the technological options developed by our R&D team.

Specifically, GOLEM can work in energy saving mode: it can in fact be integrated with the KYOTO shutter device for dosing the compressed air discharged during cannon firing.

FUN FACT...

THE NAME "GOLEM"

A GOOD GIANT AT YOUR SERVICE

The Golem is a strong and obedient clay giant who can be used for heavy labor and as a defender.

A mythical and symbolic figure of a being similar to an automaton, the Golem is made up of raw material in which life has been artificially infused. Its very name (derived from the Hebrew word “gelem”, which means "raw material") means "mass still without form".

The legendary figure of the Golem, dating back to the Jewish tradition, is the product of a fantastic creative act based on the creative force of the word: whoever becomes aware of the Kabbalah (the set of esoteric teachings typical of rabbinic Judaism), and in particular of the powers linked to the names of God, can fabricate a Golem. The Golem can be summoned by saying or pointing to a combination of alphabetic letters on his forehead.

In modern Hebrew "golem" also means "robot".
