DN100 vol. 50Lt - 100Lt - 150Lt
Highly compact, versatile and high-performance air cannon. Specific for applications characterized by high zone temperatures and severe operating conditions

Air cannon with firing valve integrated into the tank, for a product with reduced and optimized dimensions.

The metal alloy obturator system that characterizes the firing valve can be equipped with a thermo-ceramic shield and is protected by a specially shaped shock absorber.

Extremely fast maintenance: the firing valve can be removed in a single block from the tank without decoupling the air-cannon from the use.

Areas of application
ZF [-10°C;+60°C] room temperature areas
ZC [-10°C;+100°C] high temperature areas
HT [-10C;+100°C] high temperature areas Tmax=100°C subject to phenomena of direct thermal radiation and/or strong corrosion

Firing trigger device legend

SR19: Model equipped with independent CRONO SR19 trigger valve wired directly on the machine for remote operation of the air cannon without introducing pressure drops (maximum length of the supply pipe between the solenoid valve and CRONO SR19: 9 meters). The SR19 model is equipped with a cup obturator with a reinforced metal core; the obturator is available in NBR or VITON.

CR: CRONO firing device (mod. CR) integrated in the GOLEM valve body, characterized by the floating diaphragm NBR obturator FOM (patented)

CRKY: partialized firing trigger device consisting of the CRONO mod. CR firing trigger complete with KYOTO obturator for energy saving and control of the discharge power in PPI plants.
