TECHNO blowers made by refractory steel are structurally robust and able to spread the shock wave of the cannon on the surface adjacent to the discharge section. The action of this "fanning" of air produced by the cannon and repeated cyclically (pre-established firing frequencies) removes the particles of material which, transported by the gas, would otherwise tend to deposit on the internal walls of the ducts avoiding both the consolidation of dust deposits and the consequent reduction of the internal gas transit section. Maintaining efficient pipelines means protecting the plant’s performance level.
Typical is the application of TECHNO in refractory walls for the prevention of encrustations in pipes where gases at high temperatures pass through.
